US firm Kraft Foods has sealed its takeover of Cadbury after shareholders in the UK chocolate maker voted in favour of the deal.
Is this a good thing? You may be happy if you were a shareholder, but what if you are a Cadbury's employee?
A lot of these takeovers fail in the long run due to many differences of the two companies, will this be any different?
